Audley voted “Top Thailand Tour Operator 2008″
We were thrilled to win the “Friends of Thailand” Award for Top Tour Operator 2008. These were the seventh Thailand Tourism Awards and the ceremony was held in Bangkok on 27th September 2008. Our Regional Manager for Thailand, Kate Dicks, went to collect the award.
The awards were given out by the tourist board to companies and individuals, who are working to promote the image of Thailand in their home country. The winners were chosen based on having an ethical code of conduct in business, and having a role in the promotion of environmental and/or cultural preservation.
We have worked hard to promote Thailand as more than just a Bangkok and beach destination, and this award is a great step along the way to achieving this. The Thailand team are very proud to have received this recognition, and the timing is perfect as a lot of our new Thailand product is showcased in our new Southeast Asia brochure.
