Come Dine with Me at Audley – Round Two

The second round of Audley’s very own Come Dine with Me competition took place in February, with four more contenders keen to show off their cooking skills. 

Nikki Seymour-Mead, Rachel Wood, Alexandra Matts and Mark Robinson proved that their culinary flair was just as good as the previous month’s contestants, and with dishes that included spiced mango with lime and mint cream, pea, pesto and prosciutto soup, and amaretto infused fresh fruit brulée there was no denying the competition was fierce! 

This month’s winner was Mark Robinson with his Asian-inspired menu of home-made spring rolls with freshly created chilli and fish sauce dip, duck in chilli and orange, and spiced mango with lime and mint cream. Mark will be joining January’s winner, Sarah Powell in July’s final.
